VC Offshore antifoul and engine service completed in July 2017. Must be sold ASAP! Bring all offers! Outstanding hull form stability, with a deep draft carbon fin and a heavy bulb combined to provide a low centre of gravity and stability that is unmatched in this size range. The MC31 features an unprecedented performance driven hull form, and carefully considered systems and deck layout, that enhances the sailing experience, making it ideal for one design and club racing with offshore capabilities. No expense spared on materials and quality of construction. The systems are also very carefully considered and thought through, with the ability to get the maximum performance out of the boat without it being over complicated or requiring a full complement of professional crew. It has plenty of sail area, which is offset by plenty of stiffness and power, designed to go upwind solidly like a much larger boat and yet perform downwind like a high performance dinghy. Exceeding the requirements of the regulations has meant that the MC31, is stiffer and stronger than required by the rules, making it a safe and more than capable offshore platform with specific consideration given to local rules which are often not considered on imported yachts. Good example of the popular Swarbrick designed S111 cruiser/racer. Solid construction with a good turn of speed. Other S111s have been used as bareboats, Navy training boats and of course club and offshore race boats. "Galatea"was built in 1981 and has been always very well maintained by fussy owners. She has raced to Hobart and in many other offshore events and has also cruised extensively. With many inclusions and ready to cruise or race, she has wheel steering and a Furlex headsail furler was fitted recently for easy shorthanded sailing. Boasting a very spacious cockpit, these are great boats for social sailing, ideal for twilights. Now much reduced for immediate sale. Keen vendor seeks offers. For further information, inventory details and additional photos or to arrange your inspection on the Gippsland Lakes, please contact Stuart Loft on 0488 055 462 or complete the on-line enquiry form.

This 1986 launched Pedrick 38' is an attractive blue water cruising classic. Pleasing lines and traditional laid teak decks make her a stand out on the marina. Strongly built by Cheoy Lee Shipyards in Hong Kong for offshore sailing, a 2015 marine survey found her to be structurally uncompromised and ocean ready. 2016 upgrades include removal and repaint of the mast with replacement of the standing rigging. She is powered by a reliable and economical Universal 40hp shaft drive marine diesel engine. Featuring a superb solid teak timber fit out with many traditional features, she sleeps up to 8 in comfort. There' s a fully enclosed toilet with hot and cold shower. She has refrigeration, Inverter for the Micro Wave oven and an excellent working layout below decks. Well equipped to cruise, she has Simrad Log, Speed & Depth, JRC Radar, JLR GPS, Icom HF and VHF radios a Coursemaster autopilot, an electric anchor winch plus an inflatable dinghy with a 5HP outboard. All deck hatches were replaced in March 2017. Sails comprise a fully battened mainsail, a furling headsail, two more jibs plus a spinnaker with a carbon fibre spinnaker pole. A Pedrick design, her modern underwater profile ensures excellent sailing qualities. If you are looking to cruise the coast or further offshore in an easily managed, comfortable, good looking yacht that sails really well and is offered at a realistic price, then this is one you should consider.
