Known for her beauty and practicality the GB 32 is one of the best selling and most sought after small trawlers ever built. The salon /pilothouse includes a dinette and settee plus a galley forward to port. Helm visibility is excellent and large side windows provide panoramic views. Forward is a V berth in a private cabin with shower and toilet adjacent. Seating for 4/6 on the flying bridge. A great feature of the 32 is the wide side decks which makes movement easy and secure. A full length skeg protects the underwater gear (ideal for the Gippsland Lakes) and the hard chines makes for a comfortable ride .Single screw Ford Lehman diesel will cruise at 6/7 knots with great economy. Franjelis is a fine example of this well mannered cruising yacht designed in the late 70's by Ron Swanson. She is your classic couples cruising vessel, ideal for pottering around Port Phillip, or maybe the trip to Westernport for a weeks cruise. She has accommodation for 4 with 2 quarter berths, and a pilot berth, and a settee in the main cabin. An easy yacht to sail shorthanded, with all control lines fed back to the cockpit, she would be the ideal vessel for someone new to the sport. An early Quarter Ton IOR design from Joe Adams, these were built by Tasman Yachts of Taren Point in NSW and known as the Tasman 26. They were good performing yachts back in the day and can still acquit themselves well in club racing today. Sleeps 4, 1 double and two singles. They have a fin keel filled with lead which, combined with their wide beam provides excellent stability and good upwind performance. Comes with Mainsail, Jib and spinnaker and a Yanmar 8hp diesel Great opportunity for some fun local sailing on a limited budget. Contact Rob in our Adelaide office on 0404 697 697 to arrange an inspection.
